Homemade soup for this cold day. Broccoli,pinto beans,tomatoes and chicken stock. Yummm!!!!
Lunch: broccoli,salad mix,grilled chicken with a little bit of cheddar cheese on top . No dressing.
He gives me hope even when I had none. This was put on the bricks by him. I hope he find it soon too. <3 FM.
I need some support emotionally right now and your really not helping… I feel so helpless… And can’t rely on you. Especially when you keep asking me to.. that’s why I don’t become to depent on people… Feeling discouraged.

Weighed in today and ….. Down 5 lbs!!!!! Woot So Happy !!!!. Started the beginning of this month.
Been eating healthy and working out daily. 2nd week and it already feels good. :) so excited to see my results a month from now.
Keep on pushing. I’m seeing results. My goal body type. Staying motivated
